Quick and Easy HIGH TEA nibbles

 

Strawberries - if you have the time the classic way to servethese is dipped in chocolate
if you want to serve them up quickly - dip in water and then roll in granulated sugar or slice them up and serve with whipping cream as quick and easy mini strawberry shortcake bites

Raspberries - rinse in cold water, drain for a moment on paper towels and then toss lightly in granulated sugar Place one candied raspberry onto a dollop of custard creme in a pre-baked mini tart shell You can also add a drizzle of chocolate or a few chocolate shavings

very thin sliced bread
